Frequently asked questions

  • How much space is needed for the photo booth?

    We generally require a space of about 8x8 feet with access to a standard power outlet. If you’re planning an outdoor event, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the proper setup.

  • Can the photo booth be used outdoors?

    Yes, as long as it’s in a covered area with access to power and protection from weather. (Contact for more information)

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons.

  • Do you require a deposit to book?

    Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day of  the event.

  • What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Cancellations made 7 days in advance may be eligible for credit toward a future date.

  • How many people can fit in the photo booth?

    Our open-air setup can comfortably fit 6–8 people (or more!). It’s great for group shots and fun poses.
